Customer Self-Order Pick-Up Policy

We offer customer self-order pick-up for your convenience. Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Customer must pick up order within 7 days once an order has been place or request more time within 7 days of placing an order by sending email to support@apptileshop.com. Otherwise, order will be cancelled and customer will be refunded.
2. Verification of Inventory: Customers are responsible for verifying that the inventory they receive at the time of pick-up matches the items on their order confirmation. We recommend that customers check their order before leaving the pick-up location to ensure that they have received the correct items in good condition.
3. Transit Damage: We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the inventory during transit or after the customer has left the pick-up location. Customers are advised to inspect their items and report any damage or issues to us immediately. We may not be able to provide a refund or exchange for items that were damaged after leaving the pick-up location.
4. Timing of Pick-Up: Customers are required to pick up their orders within a specified time frame. If the customer is unable to pick up their order within the designated time frame, they must contact us to make other arrangements. If the customer does not pick up their order within the designated time frame and does not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer's payment.
5. Proof of Purchase: Customers are required to provide proof of purchase at the time of pick-up. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email, order number, or other documentation as specified by us.
6. Returns and Exchanges: Customers may be eligible for returns or exchanges as specified in our Return and Exchange Policy. However, please note that any damage that occurs after the customer has left the pick-up location may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

By choosing to use our customer self-order pick-up service, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Please note: For any minor damage to any of the items please contact us and we will try to help however we can, as our customers are our highest priority.
