GUTTER & ROOF PLUS SILICONE Gray 10 oz
High Performance Silicone
A premium grade roofing silicone that is compatible with lead and most common building materials. Remains permanently flexible and is tough enough to stand up to the harshest of weather conditions.
Uses: For use on all types of roofing, flashing, soffits, downspouts, roof vents, siding and gutters and as a lap jointing sealant. Good adhesion to acrylic, glass, GRP and polycarbonate glazing, aluminum, copper, lead, PVCu, steel, timber, industrial roofing panels, slate, and tiles. Also suitable for internal use for sub-roof ducting and for sealing roof lights, mechanical fasteners and clogging, as well as HVAC and solar energy system installations.
Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions at a temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 77°F (25°C).
Shelf Life: Use within 12 months from date of manufacture.
